The Hans Raj Economics department produces three publications each year: Okonomos, the department journal, Research Papers by the team members and Yearbook, the department magazine.

Okonomos is the annual journal of the economics department of Hans Raj College. It features economics-oriented articles published by students from the department and other institutions across the country.
The Research Department Along with the guidance of the teachers prepare research papers on a variety of topics.The Yearbook is the department's annual magazine, which chronicles the department's activities throughout the year and includes messages from professors and the graduating batch.

RESEARCH PAPERS
The “Research Segment” is one of the department's newest initiatives, in which students' research on various topics as part of their SEC assignment is compiled for future reference.​​The faculty assists students in understanding the scientific process of doing research and the procedures required. Students have repeatedly amazed everyone with their efforts and, using both primary and secondary sources, have contributed to the previously existent information.
YEARBOOK
The Yearbook is the department's annual magazine, which chronicles the department's activities throughout the year and includes messages from professors and the graduating batch. It commemorates all the events organized by the society during the session, starting from the inaugural till the farewell including our flagship events.
It is presented to each student from the graduating class as a mark of appreciation for their contributions and steadfast support. The magazine begins with the principal's message, followed by one from the Head Of Department. Teachers are also given room to write messages to the outgoing batch, which is followed by the President's message. It’s a collection of fond memories and events that are special to the entire department, including the batch photograph, the council's photograph, and photos from the annual department trip. It is a keepsake for them to treasure throughout their lives.
